Lead the endtoend B2B marketing strategy for InMobi Advertising, owning the full marketing engine that drives awareness, brand affinity, and demand across the US and EMEA markets. Partner closely with the VP, Global Enterprise Marketing to translate the highlevel brand vision into a cohesive, multichannel marketing strategy that elevates InMobi's leadership in the advertising and programmatic ecosystem. This role is accountable for delivering strong MQL generation, demand acceleration, and incremental revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Brand Leadership

  • Define, evolve, and champion the global creative vision for the InMobi Group and all sub brands.
  • Conceptualize and articulate the overarching brand story, positioning, and narrative architecture.
  • Lead the redesign and stewardship of the global visual identity system, ensuring consistency and modernity across all touchpoints.

Integrated Brand Storytelling

  • Drive big picture creative storytelling that communicates InMobi's values, innovation, culture, and market leadership.
  • Develop multiformat creative concepts for campaigns, brand films, corporate communications, and leadership visibility.

Creative Direction Across Channels

  • Oversee creative development across events, digital platforms, paid campaigns, social channels, executive content, and thought leadership assets.
  • Ensure all creative assets-design, video, copy, motion graphics, experiential-meet worldclass standards.

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Lead the content strategy for InMobi Group's global narrative, including longform stories, brand campaigns, hero videos, and multimedia assets.
  • Partner with marketing, comms, product marketing, and internal creative teams to deliver cohesive, high impact content.

Event Creative

  • Own creative direction for global flagship events, C Suite engagements, industry activations, and immersive brand experiences.
  • Ensure all event creative reinforces brand identity and delivers differentiated, memorable experiences.

Cross Regional Leadership

  • Serve as the centralized creative leader, collaborating with regional teams in US, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Provide creative direction, governance, and oversight to maintain brand consistency while enabling regional nuance.

Collaboration & Governance

  • Establish creative guidelines, toolkits, and governance frameworks for all teams and agencies.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders-including marketing, product, HR, and leadership-to ensure cohesive brand alignment.

Minimum Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in creative leadership, brand design, or agencyside creative direction.
  • Deep expertise in brand identity, storytelling, multimedia content, and multichannel creative development.
  • Experience leading global creative teams or managing cross-regional creative workstreams.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand transformation, visual identity systems, and integrated creative campaigns.
  • Ability to translate complex product/tech concepts into simple, emotionally resonant creative narratives.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in global tech, digital platforms, ad tech, or consumer tech organizations.
  • Strong visual sensibility with excellent taste and the ability to push creative boundaries.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, especially with executive leadership.
