Key Responsibilities:

  • Support employee lifecycle responsibilities for direct reports, including recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, mentoring, workload discussions, documentation of performance, and adherence to firm policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communication design or relevant field required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in graphic design, creative services, or related marketing design work; experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, video and audio tools, and other graphic design and multimedia content development tools.
  • Current Mac experience and knowledge.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to provide information clearly, courteously, and tactfully by email, telephone, and in person.
  • Strong proofreading skills and a demonstrated commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
  • Ability to handle demanding situations and interact diplomatically with stakeholders at all levels in and outside the firm.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, make sound decisions, and apply new concepts.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated leadership, project management, and workflow management skills, including the ability to supervise others, delegate work effectively, manage competing priorities, support team development, and prioritize multiple communication opportunities.
