Your Mission As the Marketing & Franchise Development Manager, your role will be supporting & driving efforts across our commercial, e-comm & licensing businesses. You will be at the forefront of developing creative and deploying strategies, campaigns & assets globally. This individual will have the opportunity to champion the exciting portfolio of licensed products while implementing creative direction & strategy while delivering both commercial revenue and fan engagement. You will be front and center to driving business for some of the most epic franchises in the video game industry, including but not limited to, Call of Duty, Overwatch, Diablo & many more of our beloved Activision Blizzard IPs. The Marketing & Franchise Development Manager will develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders such as franchise, studio, marketing, creative development, etc. You will have the opportunity to foster & develop relationships with external partners such as agencies, partners & licensees to continue growing our business. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with an ability to work not only independently, but also collaboratively. This individual will be an expert at communicating to internal & external teams with the ability to assist with creative development but also possess the ability to influence key programs. This individual will get lots of exposure across many different teams within the company and success will be determined but this candidate’s ability to adapt to ever-evolving product plans, presenting creative solutions for success.

The ideal candidate is a team player that is ready and willing to jump in and own the creative development & marketing efforts for consumer products across the biggest franchises in video games.
