Job description

About Monster Energy:

Forget about blending in. That's not our style. We're the risk takers, the trailblazers, the gamechangers. We're not perfect and we don't pretend to be. We're raw, unfiltered, and a bit unconventional. Our drive is just like our athletes, unrivaled. The power is in your hands to define what success looks like and where you want to take your career. It's not just about what we do, but about who we become on along the way. We are much more than a brand here. We are a way of life, a mindset. Join us.

A Day in the Life:

The Creative Services Manager is responsible for leading the intake, prioritization, development, and execution of shopper marketing creative programs supporting Walmart, E-Commerce, and Foodservice On-Premise (FSOP) channels. This role serves as the strategic connection between Shopper Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Creative Services, ensuring all shopper marketing initiatives are aligned to business objectives, channel strategies, customer requirements, and consumer insights. The individual is responsible for reviewing incoming requests, validating promotional strategies and mechanics, supporting the development of creative briefs, building mock ups, and ensuring all executions are impactful, shopper-centric, and designed to win at the point of purchase. The role also serves as the primary workflow and traffic management lead for Walmart, E-Commerce, and FSOP shopper marketing projects, ensuring business priorities, launch timelines, and urgent requests are managed effectively while maintaining creative excellence and operational efficiency.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Serve as the dedicated Creative Services Marketing lead for Walmart, E-Commerce, and Foodservice On-Premise (FSOP).
  • Drive shopper marketing strategies and creative execution across customer programs, promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and conversion-driving initiatives.
  • Ensure all channel activations align with customer objectives, shopper insights, brand standards, and business goals.
  • Ensure requests contain all necessary information, assets, and supporting materials before approving projects for creative development.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to clarify requirements, gather materials, resolve gaps, and serve as the quality-control checkpoint prior to creative development.
  • Balance high-priority initiatives, rush requests, seasonal activations, and long-term projects while maintaining visibility into project status, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Support the development of FPOs (First Point of Purchase concepts), key visuals, scalable rollout assets, and campaign toolkits to establish creative direction and support execution across Walmart, E-Commerce, and FSOP channels.
  • Provide clear direction that enables efficient execution, minimizes revisions, and ensures consistency of brand identity, messaging, and creative standards.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on strategy, and at the highest quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate campaigns through creative thinking and deliver solutions that help brands stand out across physical and digital retail environments.
  • Support other projects as assigned on as needed basis.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and workflow management systems.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong creative judgment and attention to detail.
  • Experience within beverage, CPG, or consumer packaged goods industries preferred.
