The Role at a Glance

The Creative & Design Manager is responsible for leading the agency-wide creative services function for TEEX. This position oversees the development and execution of visual communications, graphic design, multimedia production, photography, videography, branding, and creative strategy that support TEEX's mission, strategic goals, and marketing initiatives.

The manager provides leadership for a team of creative professionals and establishes standards that ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with TEEX brand guidelines across all divisions, departments, and programs. This position collaborates closely with marketing managers, communications professionals, and agency leadership to deliver innovative, effective, and audience-focused creative solutions that enhance brand awareness, support student recruitment, promote training programs, and strengthen stakeholder engagement.

This position reports to the Marketing Director.

Qualifications of the Role

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in graphic design, creative services, marketing, or visual communications to include two years of experience leading projects, teams, or creative initiatives.

  • Must have a valid motor vehicle operator's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.

Equivalency: Will consider and Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in related field (Listed Above) with seven years of progressively responsible experience in a related field (Listed Above) OR a High School Diploma/GED with nine years of progressively responsible experience in a related field (Listed Above). All experience must include two years of experience leading projects, teams, or creative initiatives.
