CAN Community Health is now hiring a Creative Design & Web Marketing Manager (Hybrid)
Hybrid Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Pay Rate: $88,474 - $110,592 annually based on experience.

What You'll Do
The Creative Design & Web Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing branded creative content that supports CAN Community Health's marketing, communications, and business objectives. This role creates and maintains high-quality print, digital, web, social media, email, and event marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
The position combines creative design expertise with website content management, digital marketing support, and project coordination. The Creative Design & Web Marketing Manager applies design best practices, basic web development knowledge, and strong project management skills to deliver engaging, effective marketing assets that advance the organization's mission and enhance audience engagement.
This role requires a self-directed creative professional who can manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Education/Professional:
  1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Media, Marketing, Web Design, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
  2. Minimum of six (6) years of experience in graphic design, digital design, creative marketing, web design support, or a related creative role, including the development of print and digital marketing materials such as brochures, direct mail, event collateral, presentations, social media content, website graphics, email campaigns, digital advertising, signage, and promotional merchandise.
  3. Experience maintaining and updating website content using WordPress or a similar content management system (CMS), including the use of HTML and CSS for basic formatting, content updates, and page layout modifications.
  4. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience applying them to websites, landing pages, forms, calls-to-action, and other digital marketing assets.
  5. Experience managing multiple creative and marketing projects simultaneously, including gathering requirements, coordinating stakeholder feedback, managing timelines, and delivering final assets.
  6. Experience creating multimedia content, including motion graphics, animations, and other digital assets for websites, social media, digital displays, and marketing campaigns. Experience working within a healthcare, nonprofit, corporate, or multi-location organization is preferred.
  7. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver's license.
