We develop creative and compelling integrated marketing solutions, for some of the biggest brands out there. We pride ourselves on comprehensive planning, flawless execution and big ideas.

About the Role:

RSM is seeking a Creative Design Intern to support the development of graphic design, presentation materials, and production creative across experiential and retail marketing programs. Were looking for someone with strong creative instincts, attention to detail, and a passion for modern design, branding, and visual storytelling.

This role is ideal for someone eager to grow within a fast-paced agency environment while gaining hands-on experience across concept development, production creative, presentations, and branded experiences.


Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Support the creative team with graphic design, layout, and production creative needs
  • Assist in building presentation materials, pitch decks, and branded visual assets
  • Help develop graphics for experiential events, retail programs, signage, and branded environments
  • Assist with resizing, formatting, and preparing final production-ready files
  • Support creative development through mood boards, visual research, and inspiration gathering
  • Collaborate with designers and creative leadership on fast-moving projects and timelines
  • Maintain organization and consistency across project files and creative assets
  • Contribute fresh ideas and modern visual thinking to the team


Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communications, or related creative field
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and branding
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Familiarity with presentation design and modern visual storytelling
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in experiential marketing, retail experiences, and branded environments
  • Portfolio showcasing strong creative thinking and design fundamentals
