InfraHire is looking for a Design Associate in New Orleans, LA.
 
Job Description:
We’re expanding our team and seeking motivated, client-focused professionals who enjoy solving design challenges and thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Conduct 2–3 in-home consultations daily in the Orleans & Jefferson Parish areas.

  • Partner with clients to bring their vision to life by providing personalized product recommendations and creative design solutions.

  • Accurately measure windows and enter precise orders to ensure a perfect fit.

  • Travel to client appointments using your own vehicle (fuel expenses covered by a company card).

  • Collaborate closely with installers to deliver a seamless, high-quality final result.

  • Keep client information organized and manage follow-ups to convert leads effectively.

  • Stay informed on the latest products, promotions, and design trends.

  • Participate in weekly team meetings and occasional professional development opportunities.

  • Offer flexibility for evening or weekend appointments when needed (not mandatory, but appreciated).

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of sales experience, ideally in design, home improvement, or consultative selling

  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional approach and the ability to build rapport quickly

  • Comfortable working with basic math and measuring tools

  • Physically able to climb stairs and safely use a 6-foot ladder

  • Organized, dependable, and customer-focused in all interactions

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
