Position Summary

Creative Design Specialist is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support the company's marketing, branding, signage, and client projects. This position develops creative concepts and production-ready artwork for a variety of print and digital applications, ensuring all materials align with brand standards and effectively communicate key messages.

The ideal candidate is a creative professional with strong graphic design skills, experience preparing files for print production, and a passion for visual storytelling.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, catalogs, advertisements, direct mail pieces, trade show graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Create artwork for signage, banners, vehicle graphics, displays, and branded environments.
  • Develop logos, brand assets, and visual identity materials for company and client projects.
  • Design graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare accurate, print-ready files for digital, offset, and large-format printing processes.
  • Collaborate with sales, project management, and leadership teams to develop creative solutions that support business objectives.
