The Opportunity
As a Tax Innovation and Delivery Experience User Experience Design Associate, you will engage in creating user-centric design solutions that enhance brand experiences and drive customer engagement. Within our Tax practice, you will navigate the complexities of the global tax landscape, helping clients optimize their tax strategies and seize opportunities. This role involves contributing to projects that require creativity and strategic thinking, allowing you to develop innovative solutions that align with client needs.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage projects effectively. This role encourages curiosity and adaptability, providing opportunities for personal growth and the development of your personal brand. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embracing challenges as opportunities for growth.
In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse team to deliver impactful design solutions, enhancing user experiences across various touchpoints. Your work will contribute to the broader objectives of the Tax practice, supporting clients in navigating an ever-changing tax environment.
Responsibilities
- Engaging in creative design processes to develop user-centric solutions that enhance brand experiences

- Collaborating with teams to map user journeys and optimize interactions across various touchpoints
- Utilizing human-centered design principles to address user needs and expectations
- Developing user interface prototypes to demonstrate design functionality and gather stakeholder feedback

- Participating in design development through iterative prototyping and feedback integration
- Supporting client engagements by contributing to the delivery of tailored tax services through design solutions
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Design, Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, Visual Communication, Digital Communications and Media/Multimedia, Computer Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
