Job Summaryย 

The Project Manager (Creative Design) is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of projects within Marks. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget and agreed margin and to the highest quality standards by coordinating teams, managing workflows, and maintaining clear communication with clients. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for creative excellence.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย ย 

Project Coordinationย 

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the team and client.ย 
  • Owns all gates, risk and commercial controls to run the project they are accountable for, for best utilisation, workflows, and delivery.ย 
  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned projects, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.ย 
  • Track project performance in partnership with the PMO, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.ย 
  • Collaborate closely withย team members to ensure projects align with organizational goals and governance standards.ย 

Team Collaborationย 

  • Serves as the main day-to-day contact on current projects for internal project teams, collaborating internally with the design and production teams.
  • Attends project planning meetings as needed; serves as subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  • Participates in cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.

Client Relationship Managementย 

  • Ensure alignment between client objectives and project deliverables.ย 
  • Manage expectations and build strong relationships to foster trust and satisfaction.ย 

Budget & Timeline Managementย 

  • Monitor project budgets and margin, ensuring all costs are accounted for and within scope.ย 
  • Proactively address scope changes, ensuring client approval and proper documentation.ย 
  • Manage project timelines, identifying risks and adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines.ย 

Problem Solving & Risk Mitigationย 

  • Identify potential challenges and develop solutions to keep projects on track.ย 
  • Escalate issues to the Senior Project Manager or ย Account Director when necessary, ensuring transparency.ย 

Process Improvementย 

  • Contribute to improving project management workflows and tools for greater efficiency.ย 
  • Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.ย

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $70,000 USD - $75,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidateโ€™s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
