The Role

Our Content Studio team is looking for a multi-faceted designer to join our creative team within Workplace Marketing. We're looking for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and are comfortable in a start-up atmosphere. As a member of this team, you will design marketing and thought leadership collateral, from PowerPoint presentations to social media graphics to data visualization-heavy whitepapers. You'll work closely with our Marketing partners to ensure that we go to market in a coordinated manner and will explore content delivery via richer formats (video, podcasts, etc.) The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator and an energetic self-starter.

Responsibilities of the role include

  • Designing marketing collateral in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility standards
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously

Our Content Studio team is dedicated to streamlining creative production, exploring and adopting innovative formats, and maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all marketing materials.

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
