Associate Creative Director

Role Overview

IQVIA is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Associate Creative Director to lead the development and execution of innovative visual solutions across our healthcare marketing and communications portfolio. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in emerging creative technologies, including AI-generated art, digital imaging, photo composition, retouching, 3D asset creation, and animation. The Associate Creative Director will partner with senior creative leaders, marketing teams, and agency partners to deliver compelling brand experiences while driving innovation in creative processes and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of creative strategy, brand development, and visual asset creation across a broad range of marketing initiatives.

  • Develop and implement AI-enabled creative workflows and champion the adoption of emerging creative technologies.

  • Create and oversee the production of AI-generated imagery, photo compositions, retouched photography, 3D assets, animations, and other visual content.

  • Partner with senior creative leadership to develop breakthrough creative concepts that differentiate brands in the marketplace.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to deliver high-quality campaign assets and creative solutions.

  • Lead concept development and execution for branding, advertising, and integrated marketing communications campaigns.

  • Mentor and develop creative team members, sharing expertise in campaign execution, emerging technologies, and best practices.

  • Contribute to process improvements and help elevate the overall creative capabilities of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related discipline.

  • 10+ years of experience in a creative agency, in-house creative organization, or similar environment.

  • 4+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing creative professionals.

  • Deep expertise in AI-generated imagery and advanced creative production tools.

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; experience with AI image-generation platforms; expertise in image retouching, photo composition, digital asset creation, 3D modeling, rendering, animation, branding, and visual storytelling.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $88,300.00 - $246,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
