Experienced team co-lead, inspiring coach, & orchestrator.

Responsibilities

   Understands the Groupe & agency's vision and how their team's work makes an impact    Partners with the CD to deliver on the teams' business goals, vision, and priorities    Helps the team manage their time efficiently and enter it accurately    Knows the business, our processes, and how to manage the work and people effectively    Leads Track 3 conceptual design work and assists T1 and T2 work (as directed by the CD)    Manages deliverables and assigns tasks to the creative team helping them prioritize and meet client expectations    Provides creative concepting and thought leadership to elevate and innovate the work    Organizes creative team meetings, touch bases, and work reviews    Leads internal creative reviews as aligned with the CD for practice before client presentations (may delegate)    Aware of revision orders and a stickler for meeting timelines    Approves tactics on day-to-day deliverables (aligned with the CD)    Co-leads inspiring brainstorms and able to independently lead when needed    Covers cross-functional team status meetings and communicates next steps back to the team     Attends kickoffs as needed and available to give the team timely, clear direction and feedback    Orchestrates who's doing what and partners with RM and the CD to help the team prioritize deliverables and flow to the work    Sets up creative connects to review the work    Ensures QA measures are in place across the work    Runs the "produce" step of T1 and T2 work    The CD's partner, co-lead, and backup who can lead the team and the work when needed    Can be available when the CD is busy to provides clear direction and actionable feedback to the team    Presents internal and external work persuasively and connects it back to the strategy and brief    Plays up and down- able to roll up their sleeves and "do" the work to help the team deliver    Responsible for file organization and communication in Teams    Assists the CD in building effective client presentation decks that show off the work    Preps the deck and team for internal reviews and client meetings    Fosters a Creative culture that allows team members to do their best work    Conducts consistent one-on-ones for growth planning with direct reports    Coaches younger talent and help them grow their hard & soft skillsets    Helps onboard and train team members    Respectfully provides timely, actionable feedback

Qualifications

   Bachelor's degree, or portfolio school certificate or equivalent experience is required.     7-9 years of experience     Portfolio required     Adobe Creative Suite    Strong presentation and communication skills

 Compensation Range: USD $106,780.00 - USD $138,795.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
