About the Role

Talarico for Texas is building a people-powered movement to take back power for working Texans. We are seeking a full-time Senior Creative Associate to join our creative team. This role is responsible for building and managing systems that power the department so that all components are functioning at peak performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Creative Department on logistics, communications, and approvals
  • Serve as direct support to the Creative Director, managing scheduling, inbox triage, and daily priorities
  • Maintain approval trackers and filing systems (asset libraries, approval queues, task lists) so nothing falls through the cracks across the team
  • Work with the press team to establish a clear, active communication channel so footage moves efficiently between departments for use on social media
  • Serve as a point of contact between the Creative Department and other campaign departments on day-to-day coordination needs
  • Manage and track incoming DMs across campaign social media accounts
  • Monitor and report on campaign-related social media coverage

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Exceptional writing skills and strong editorial judgement
  • Fluent in new media platforms, social media, Reddit, Substack, and others
  • Deep familiarity with the evolving digital media landscape, including video trends and platform-specific best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to balance speed with quality in a rapidly adapting political environment
  • Willingness to work nights and some weekends
