Job Title: Creative Services Project Manager Location-Type: Hybrid, Houston, TX (onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Start Date: Mid-August (week of 8/10 preferred) Duration: Contract, 6 months Compensation Range: $50-66/hr Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role partners with creative and design teams to manage the end-to-end flow of high-stakes creative projects, bringing structure and process to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Job Summary Manage day-to-day intake, routing, and delivery of creative work across multiple concurrent projects Own business development proposals and pitches from initiation through final delivery Serve as the primary liaison between creative stakeholders, graphic designers, and internal teams Navigate high-volume, fast-moving workflows and create order within a demanding, high-pressure environment Engage directly with senior and executive-level stakeholders on high-visibility deliverables Oversee a mix of project types, ranging from high-level stakeholder presentations to event invitations and supporting materials Minimum Requirements: 8 years of project management experience in a creative services or agency environment (exceptional candidates with 5-6 years will be considered) Demonstrated experience supporting or managing business development pitches and proposals Proven ability to act as a cross-functional liaison between creative teams and non-creative stakeholders Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for quality control across deliverables Proficiency in PowerPoint for building and reviewing presentation materials Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-ambiguity, or chaotic work environments Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within or alongside a business development or sales function Background in agency, marketing, or in-house creative services environments Demonstrated track record managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously for s
