A Creative Designer can be expected to perform the following tasks in this role as a routine part of their job:

Develops creative concepts and designs strategies for all marketing collateral that meets/exceeds the customer's requirement/expectations.(50%)

  • Designandcreateanimationsandvisual effects fordigitalscreens,presentationsandvideocontent.

  • Animate text, graphics,illustrationsandothervisualelements.

  • Manage multipleprojectsandclearlycommunicateroadblocks.

  • Schedulecontentforvariousdigital screenlayoutsthroughoutAndrewshometowns.

  • Represent Andrews brandsandcultureby producingengagingdigital animations forevents andvisitors.

  • Leads,brainstormsandpresentscreative projects to stakeholders/customers from concept to completion.

  • Designs point of sale (POS) advertising and produces highly creative marketing pieces all with the aim of generating excitement around the customer's brand.

  • Maintains a cohesive visual identity and implements branding guidelines.

  • Reviews proofs, attends press checks and provides feedback to printer/vendoras needed.

  • Designs traditional collateral and business material, including creative design needs for internal and external business presentations.

  • Ensures all creative outcomes are strategic and track back to the project requirements/desired outcome.

Collaborates with internal and external team members for the development and execution of key deliverables, consistently meeting requirements and strict deadlines. (30%)

  • Communicates and presents creative ideas and concepts.

  • Works closely with Creative Marketing Manager,CreativeProductionManager andotherleaders forproject priority and deadline achievement.

  • Assists the Creative Marketing Manager in evaluating the quality of all design projects.

  • Serve as Andrews brand standards liaison.

Maintains knowledge of creative marketing trends, insights and best practices across all channels and communicates to creative team and marketing service teams to include design trends for continual enhancement of tools and resources. (10%)

  • Identifiesand develops future-fit approaches to drive the delivery of innovative work (e.g.digital tools, technologies, local market trends, content trends, etc.).

Creative Designer II

REQUIRED

  • Three Plus Years of Experience in a Design Role

  • Experience Developing a Brand Communications Strategy, Brand Development,Designand/or Marketing Campaign Processes

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketingor Other Related Field

  • Advanced Planning, Organization and Communication Skills

  • Advanced MS Office, Adobe Suite and Technical Skills

PREFERRED

  • Project Management Experience

  • Previous Beer and/or Distribution Industry Experience

  • Experience Leading Complex Creative and/or Design Projects

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Ability to maintain a sustained posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time and operate computer equipment.

  • Ability to bend, stoop, and twist is required for filing and general office duties.

  • Exerts up to 10 lbs of force occasionally and/or negligible amount frequently to move office-related items or materials.

  • Ability to use a personal computer for tasks such as communicating via email and preparing reports and other forms of documentation using company and industry software.

  • Ability to speak, hear, and see is required to communicate with employees, and to operate computers and office machinery.
