YOUR ROLE:
RAPP is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Copy who will lead and inspire the development of bold, compelling, and strategic copy solutions. As a leader in the copy team, you'll oversee the creation of written content across campaigns, mentor copywriters, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional work. You'll play a key role in shaping the voice of brands, ensuring their stories resonate with the target audience and align with their overall strategic goals.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
Comprehension: Interpret creative briefs and identify opportunities to elevate the messaging within campaigns.
Ideation: Develop innovative copy concepts that align with brand strategy and resonate with the audience.
Craft & Execution: Deliver copy with exceptional attention to tone, style, and clarity, ensuring every word has purpose.
Iteration & Elevation: Refine and elevate your team's creative work to achieve the highest possible standard.
Directing & Managing: Guide and inspire copywriters, providing constructive feedback and direction to align with campaign objectives.
Storytelling & Selling: Present creative concepts to teams and clients, effectively communicating the strategic rationale behind your ideas.
Business Contribution: Develop copy that drives results, strengthens client relationships, and enhances brand equity.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the development of copy for integrated campaigns across digital, print, video, and experiential channels.
Collaborate closely with art directors, strategists, and technologists to develop cohesive creative concepts.
Mentor and manage copywriters, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the execution of copy deliverables, ensuring they are on-brand, on-brief, and of the highest quality.

Experience: 6+ years as a copywriter or similar role with experience in automotive CRM, a portfolio showcasing award-winning campaigns and exceptional writing skills.
Writing Excellence: Strong command of grammar, storytelling, and brand voice, with the ability to adapt to various tones and styles.
Leadership: Proven experience mentoring and managing creative teams, fostering a collaborative working environment.
Presentation Skills: Confident in presenting ideas, with the ability to articulate and sell concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
Adaptability: Thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver exceptional work in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with content management systems, SEO principles, and basic knowledge of UX/UI is a plus.
OUR HYBRID WORK MODEL:
RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that are core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home for up to two days per week.
