Legendairy Milk is an Austin-based, woman-founded, founder-led supplement brand built for women with products for breastfeeding, hair loss, hormone balance, hydration, and more! We also are the #1 Lactation Brand in the U.S., trusted by millions of moms for over a decade.


We’re looking for a phenomenal Associate Creative Director who can take us to the next level. As a fast-growing company that’s also a category leader, we’re unlocking new growth opportunities as fast as we can, and we need to level up our creative to help us get there. This role requires a balance of creative excellence, strategic thinking, and business acumen.


What You’ll Do

Creative Leadership & Brand Stewardship

  • Help maintain and evolve the visual identity and creative direction of the Legendairy Milk brand
  • Ensure consistency and quality across digital, social, packaging, email, paid media, retail, and web experiences
  • Translate marketing and business goals into compelling creative concepts and campaigns
  • Bring fresh ideas and cultural awareness to how the brand shows up across channels

Campaigns & Content

  • Lead creative development for product launches, sales, seasonal campaigns, social initiatives, and evergreen brand storytelling

Video & Production

  • Direct photo/video shoots including concept development, mood boards, shot lists, styling, and post-production feedback
  • Oversee development of short-form video and digital-first content for both paid and organic channels
  • Help evolve the brand’s storytelling approach across video, creator content, and social media

Packaging & Design

  • Lead packaging design and product creative from concept through production
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Sales teams to ensure packaging aligns with brand standards and retail realities
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across print and digital design execution

Team Management

  • Manage and mentor a small creative team including freelancers
  • Improve creative workflows, timelines, and feedback processes
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing creative culture


What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in creative, brand, or design roles
  • Experience in CPG, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands strongly preferred
  • Agency or advertising experience is a plus
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring creatives
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, branding, packaging, and content work

Skills

  • Strong visual storytelling and creative concepting skills
  • Experience with digital design, social-first creative, and content production
  • AI-fluent and AI-forward, with appetite for all the ways AI can make the creative process better and more efficient
  • Experience leading photo/video production workflows
  • Mastery of packaging design and print production
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with fast-paced execution; you know how to be scrappy in your approach
