This is a true P&L role, reporting directly to the CEO, with broad autonomy and a mandate to grow revenue, strengthen distributor partnerships, and build out a high-performing commercial team.

Compensation: Up to $200k base + bonus + full benefits
Location: Greater LA / OC (flexible hybrid; office currently in East LA County with potential move toward the LAX/Westside area

  • Forecasting and demand planning discipline to support growth and supply continuity
  • Hands-on leadership of a small but growing U.S. team, with responsibility to attract and develop talent
  • Close alignment with global HQ while maintaining strong local decision-making

Why This Role

  • High-impact, high-visibility leadership role with direct access to executive decision-makers
  • Real autonomy to shape U.S. strategy and build a team
