What is the opportunity?
As a Pricing Analyst you will be responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day activities related to various Pricing Operations related to Perpetual and Software as a Service (SaaS) operation. Here is a breakdown:
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the geography supported
  • Handle Product and Pricing activities related to Product definition, Offer execution, testing and dissemination
  • Ensuring Offer Accuracy in Internal and External Price books
  • Handle end-to-end case management
  • Support Quarter-end activities
  • Contribute to Periodic/On-demand Pricing analytics work
  • Contribute towards Documentation of different processes
  • Contribute to the Testing & Roll-out activities of various deliverables
  • Co-ordinating and working in liaison with globally spread-out team members and other functions
  • Support Business Transformation Projects and Run the Business enhancements by performing requiring system setups, analysis tasks, user story reviews etc.

  • Bring 3+ years of Experience in Pricing, Product or Business operations
  • Have On-hands experience working in ERPs / Billing systems / CPQ systems

  • Experience in working with development & Projects teams in scrum and agile methodologies
  • Proficient in MS Office (ex. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access) and Advanced Excel Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn business processes quickly and work on multiple competing priorities across teams and geos

What is leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?
You will report to a Senior Manager of Pricing team based in India. You will be matrixed to other leaders in the team with whom you will need to work closely. This role will require you to work closely with many functional stakeholders from Pricing, Operations, Revenue, Corporate finance, Support services and Sales ops etc.
Pricing Operations organization has a strength of approximately 10 people that are spread out across Costa Rica and India.
The work culture in the team is very collaborative and employee focused. People in this team guard their work-life balance very jealously while still ensuring that they deliver world class performance in the functional areas.
