Job description

Project Analyst I, IPCM Remote

Full time, US, Canada & Costa Rica

As a Project Analyst I, IPCM, you will coordinate and scope low and medium complexity projects. You will provide backup support for the Senior Project Analyst, and coordinate projects, activities, and administrative functions to accomplish departmental goals and objectives.

As a Project Analyst I, IPCM, you will

  • Ensure performance measurements comply with internal/external Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • Provide project methodology/scoping support from request through the completed initiation process

  • Manage and coordinate the broad scoping process for limited project requests regionally

  • Prepare basic documentation of new projects through to project assignment including the collection and understanding of the contract, pricing, Statement of Work, Scope of Services

  • Liaise with the sales department on date availability for the projects

  • Provide support to Senior Project Analyst for other administrative duties like departmental contact lists and other GPMO documents

About you

  • Professional and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to facilitate and resolve showstoppers

  • Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Previous travel industry and project management role experience

  • General working knowledge of BCD Travel's multi-national structure, capabilities, products, and services

  • Six Sigma or other project management methodology familiarization is an asset
