Job description

We’re looking for a Copier Technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with a dynamic, evolving company. This role involves setting up, installing, maintaining, and repairing copiers—both in our shop and out in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent on-site and remote customer service and support.

  • Educate clients on copier functions such as printing, scanning, and faxing.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and professionalism.

  • Complete service reports and communicate clearly with dispatch.

  • Order parts as needed for repairs.
