Job description

Usherwood is searching for a Copier Technician who is hardworking and client-focused. The Copier Technician will provide onsite client support, maintaining and integrating copiers and printers, specializing in some of the industry leading manufacturers which include: Canon, Xerox, and HP.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Effectively troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of copiers and printers.
  • Develop and maintain a productive and positive relationship with client base to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage time and customer expectations/requirements in a geographical territory.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Achieve and maintain company benchmark performance.
  • Engage in continuous product training.
  • Installing or upgrading equipment maintained by the company in various field locations (Must be able to lift up to 60lbs)
  • Configuring hardware and software components after installation
  • Performing routine maintenance on technology equipment
  • Testing equipment to troubleshoot the issues
  • Documenting installation and repairs
  • Maintaining all tools and equipment used during service calls
  • Teaching customers how to use the equipment properly
  • Managing the stock of replacement parts and equipment

• Xerox certification preferred
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• A valid driver license and clean driving record
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds at a time
• Have an eagerness to learn
