Job Summary
The Copiers Specialist is knowledgeable in all areas of networking and the following, so that they can consult with customers: IP addresses, basic copier troubleshooting, fax machine troubleshooting, data collection.
The Copiers Specialist's time will be spent working mainly at the Redwood Campus, but will also need to pass the college's driving test to be able to deliver, pick up, and move equipment and supplies
Essential Duties & Responsibilities & Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Experience is required with: using copiers and printers, utilizing the Adobe and Microsoft suites of software, working closely with customers and other production team members.
Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people with a variety of abilities and backgrounds, to maintain good working relationships across the College.
Ability to work with all groups from a variety of academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, and with community college students, faculty, and staff, including those with disabilities.
Minimum qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Must have 1 year of experience with digital printing equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
