**Job Title: ** Copier Field Technician

**Responsibilities: **

1. **Installation: ** Set up and install copier and multifunction printer equipment at customer locations, ensuring proper functionality and user training.

2. **Maintenance: ** Perform routine maintenance on copiers to ensure optimal performance, including cleaning, replacing parts, and updating software.

3. **Repair: ** Diagnose and troubleshooting issues with copiers and printers, providing timely repairs either on-site or in-house as needed.

4. **Customer Service: ** Interact with clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, and educate them on equipment usage and maintenance.

5. **Documentation: ** Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory of parts and supplies used.

6. **Collaboration: ** Work closely with other technicians and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any technical issues.
