COOK - PART-TIME POSITION Are you known for your great ability to manage pressure in the kitchen and your customer service orientation? Do you want to work with state-of-the-art equipment and be involved in developing new menus and/or new working methods? We have what you need! Training courses: Professional diploma in cooking or equivalent experience MAPAQ Hygiene and Sanitation Certification Valid driver's license Functions: Prepare, season and cook meals according to a menu established by the food service manager; Determine portion sizes and ensure proper service; Ensure the quality of meal preparation; Use surplus production effectively to avoid losses; Ensure equipment is maintained for optimal operation; Clean kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans, as well as all equipment and supplies. Respect cleanliness and hygiene standards; Receive and verify incoming merchandise to ensure it matches the orders; Complete the required forms, documents and reports to ensure necessary follow-up; Any other related task.
