Job description

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Security Manager desiring to advance their Industrial Security career as Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) in the management of security operations for the MTSI Digital Bloodhound contract under the DoDM 5205.07, Vol 1-4, DoDM 5105.21, Vol 1-3 and 32 CFR, Part 117, Industrial Security program under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
Role and Responsibilities
  • Processing/maintaining personnel security clearances up to TS/SCI and SAP level
  • Familiar with SCI/SAP nomination databases
  • DD254 processing for Prime and Subcontractors
  • Visitor Management, Building access, Facility ID badges (controlled area badge), CACs, to include maintaining accountability, control, and safeguarding
  • Physical Security and OPSEC planning, training, and execution
  • DoD and Space Force Facility security at the Unclass, Collateral, and SCIF/SAPF levels System/Program Security Classification Guides
  • Producing Government Deliverables, such as an Access Control Inventory Report
  • Visitor Group Security Agreements with military installations
  • Collateral/SCI/SAP: Security requirements/records management/reporting/briefing/de-brief on OCONUS official and personal travel
  • Assist with the administration and implementation of the Security Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA) program; including records management
  • Ensure compliance with Department of Defense, U.S. Space Force and Space Systems Command guidelines for SCI/SAP security.

Required:
  • Knowledge and understanding of security principles and government security regulations (i.e., 32 CFR Part 117 "NISPOM", DoD Manuals 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705)
  • Experience using: NIPR/SIPR/JWICS/SGN/JADE
  • Effective oral and writing communication skills; ability to maintain good working relations with diverse groups
  • Experience with SAP and SCI administration
  • 3+ years of experience in Industrial, Intelligence and Program security

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience will be considered

Clearance Requirements:
  • This position requires an active TS/SCI

Location:
  • This position will be onsite in Colorado Springs, CO

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $100,000/year to $125,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
