Responsible for managing project tasks, schedules, and deliverables under the guidance of senior project managers. Applies basic project management principles to support planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. Coordinates cross-functional activities, tracks progress, and assists in resolving project issues. Contributes to documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives

  • Apply project management tools and templates to support consistent execution and reporting

  • Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies to senior project leaders

  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support timely and integrated project delivery

  • Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and updates for stakeholder communication

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance requirements, and governance standards

  • Participate in issue resolution and support project change management activities

  • Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to project knowledge sharing

  • Support the adoption of project management methodologies and continuous improvement practices
