Job description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a a mission-driven nonprofit organization who is seeking a Contract Support Administrator to assist partnerships that serve families across North Carolina. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at translating complex policies into clear, actionable guidance and enjoys providing training and technical support. You will serve as a key resource for contract management, compliance, and budgeting practices while helping strengthen collaboration across a statewide network of partners. This is a primarily remote role but must live in the Raleigh area to go into the office occasionally.
Responsibilities:

  • Process contracts and provide solution-focused technical assistance related to contracting, budgeting, and compliance
  • Deliver training and guidance to partners, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and legislative requirements
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all technical assistance activities and interactions
  • Support the development and delivery of training materials, tools, and resources to improve accessibility and effectiveness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support collaboration and program success
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistency and best practices across contract and compliance processes
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience in contracting & compliance administration
  • Background in nonprofit, public sector, grants or other regulated entities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills - ability to find errors or gaps
  • Ability to build relationships and provide high-quality customer support in a collaborative environment
