Position Summary
We are seeking a Grants and Contracts Administrator.
Key duties-
* Support preparation and coordination of NIH pre-award submissions, ensuring alignment with ACTG priorities and sponsor requirements
* Track and manage proposal timelines and deliverables to support timely submission of complex, multi-component applications
* Develop and compile proposal components, including budgets, budget justifications, biosketches, letters of support and supporting documentation
* Facilitate communication between ACTG investigators, study staff, and UNC institutional offices to resolve pre-award submission needs
* Review proposal packages for completeness, accuracy, and compliance prior to routing through RAMSeS and OSP submission
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the field assigned and one year of related training or experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Management Preferences
- Prior experience with NIH pre-award process.
- UNC system experience
