Job description

Position Summary:

The Senior Administrative Assistant is an integral part of the Leasing team. This position provides support to the Senior Vice President, Leasing, with administrative needs, lease negotiation tracking, document management, budget and vendor management, customer outreach coordination, and communications needs. The ideal candidate is highly detailed, adaptable, and a talented communicator and relationship builder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, and travel logistics for the Senior Vice President, Leasing.
  • Handle day-to-day office operations, including IT requests, supply procurement, expense reporting, and onboarding new staff members.
  • Oversee the drafting, formatting, and proofing of critical materials such as reports and presentations.
  • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including vendor relations, contract tracking, and invoice processing within the department budget.
  • Support customer initiatives by managing contact lists and organizing meetings.
Additional Skills:
  • Strong proficiency with Google products (Mail, Drive, Calendar, Meets, Google Docs, Slides, Sheets), Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe
Preferred Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:
  • 2+ years

Base Pay Range: $34.52 - $42.60

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
