The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analyses to assess Commercial Real Estate assets, gaining expertise in market factors that influence the industry. We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:

  • Own the process of analyzing P&L statements and rent rolls.
  • Manage and update databases tracking investment sales activity, construction pipelines, and other key real estate metrics.
  • Occasionally present analyses and provide support to clients.
  • Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic and demographic trends.
  • Actively lead the research, writing, and proofing of market intelligence for high impact marketing materials.
  • Effectively simplify and communicate complex ideas in writing and through advanced data visualization techniques to a diverse audience including senior management and executives.
  • Demonstrate a track-record of high performance within a deadline driven environment, consistently delivering outstanding results.
  • Exhibit strong leadership in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple assignments, and adapting to rapidly changing priorities in a team environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance analytical processes and methodologies, ensuring best practices are followed.  
  • Prepare and present analytical results, including graphics and charts, in a clear and concise manner.
  • Build strong working relationships with team members to understand and address their market intelligence needs.
  • Leverage market intelligence to develop compelling narratives for deals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Commercial Real Estate Experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, including exceptionally strong Excel modeling skills - experience with VBA and complex formulas.
  • Skilled in data analytics, including demographics, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas effectively through writing and data visualization.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
