As a Principal Product Manager driving Authentication, Verified Identity Network, and Identity Proofing, you will empower all Intuit users to easily yet securely access their accounts and safeguard sensitive workflows. We are looking for creative candidates who love solving complex problems by delving into user experience data, translating real-life workflows and defining high scale services. Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the vision and strategy for the Intuit Identity Authentication, Verified Identity Network, and Identity Proofing
  • Provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements, understand business goals, define product end state, and work with development teams in designing optimal user experiences and scalable services.
  • Coach a small team of product managers to elevate their craft and help them grow their
  • Work closely with architects and engineers to design secure and scalable
  • Take a data driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plan, progress, and success.
  • Experimenting with data to influence business
  • Drive the roadmap and execution from MVP to significant
  • Partner with program management to nail project execution and delivery by managing dependencies and plans across different services and teams.
  • Work closely with the different Intuit business offering teams to understand the requirements, priorities, and drive to a common goal.
  • Spend time with end-users to understand their pain points, gather insights on how we can solve some of those big customer problems in a delightful way.
  • Represent the team in presentations, meetings, customer, and partner events internally

Qualifications
  • 10+ years designing and delivering world-class platform products in a Product Management role, especially identity systems or large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Track record in defining and delivering awesome products solving big customer
  • Previous experience managing a team and coaching individuals to do their best
  • Demonstrable technical depth in SaaS software development - e., reading code, architecture, and design discussions - with strong engagement with engineering and architecture teams.
  • Demonstrated success in taking data driven approach and delivering impactful business
  • Demonstrated proficiency in program/project management, and success in managing complex program/project deliverables cross multiple teams.
  • Ability to develop and execute a successful product
  • Experience with Agile - being the product owner and establishing clear requirements through detailed epics.
  • Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products.
  • Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the

The expected base pay range for this position is:
