Contract Processing Specialist

We are looking for a Contract Processing Specialist to support the processing, validation, and administration of customer and dealer contracts. In this role, you will help ensure contracts meet eligibility requirements, maintain accurate records, resolve issues, and support operational efficiency across the business.

What You'll Do

Contract Processing & Validation

  • Review and process a high volume of contracts to ensure compliance with eligibility requirements and company standards
  • Enter, update, transfer, reinstate, and maintain contract records accurately across systems
  • Review documentation for missing or incorrect information and resolve discrepancies efficiently
  • Verify contract exceptions and support issue resolution processes

Customer & Dealer Support

  • Respond professionally and promptly to customer, dealer, and internal inquiries
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, agents, and dealership personnel
  • Provide support and resolution for contract-related issues and operational questions
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and operational support

Operational Support & Process Improvement

  • Maintain accurate and consistent file documentation and reporting
  • Assist with monthly close-out and reconciliation activities
  • Support process improvement initiatives and operational enhancements
  • Participate in special projects and system improvement efforts as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of company systems, claims, financing, and product offerings
