Job Title: 3D Print Technician
Location: Independence, OH
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 2PM-10PM
Wage: $20+/hour depending on experience

ROE is a full service dental laboratory that has been building long-term partnerships with dentists since the 1920's. Our team of highly trained and experienced technicians is dedicated to providing the quality and service necessary to maximize patient satisfaction and minimize chair time.
We are seeking a 3D Print Technician to join our team. Ideal candidate has very strong computer skills, understanding of file structure, and great organizational skills.
Responsibilities
  • Preparing and setting up digital files from our design teams for 3D printing
  • Operating, calibrating, and cleaning 3D printers to ensure accurate, high-quality results for every case
  • Post-processing printed parts, including washing, curing, and finishing to meet precise dental specifications
  • Inspecting printed parts for accuracy, surface quality, and dimensional stability before they move to the next step in production
  • Communicating with CAD/CAM designers and case managers to troubleshoot issues and optimize print outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate job tracking in our lab management system to ensure cases are delivered on time
  • Managing resin and consumable inventory to avoid delays
  • Contributing to workflow improvements to increase consistency, quality, and efficiency in our printing department
Job Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Knowledge and experience with 3D printing is a preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work with digital files
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
