Summary of Key Duties
As a Sr Staff Integrated Program Planner, you will be the lead planner responsible for a specific function of a Skunk Works® program. You will develop, maintain, and analyze program schedules, serving as a trusted advisor and modeling planning excellence for the team. You will collaborate across multiple functional areas including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control. Success in this role depends on strong communication, collaboration, and expert use of program planning tools.

1. Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
2. Milestones Professional
3. Microsoft Excel
Secondary Tools Used (Not limited to):
1. Microsoft Project
2. SAP
***Must be a US Citizen. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance.
**This role may have occasional travel to suppliers or other facilities
A level 5 employee Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience in planning, program management and/or, finance.

Basic Qualifications:
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
• Secret Security Clearance
• 5 years of professional experience in operational planning or scheduling
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient with scheduling tools such as Open Plan, Primavera, MS Project, or ProjectView
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Proficient at developing/maintaining complex Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis
• Experience analyzing planning metrics and trends and implement actionable improvement plans
• Experiences delivering project briefings to internal and external customers
• Knowledge and experiences of Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
• Proficient and effective team building skills
• Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills
• Bachelor's degree
Desired Skills:
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:
• Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner
• Proposal experience
• Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media
• Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills
• Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation
• Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan
• Product Life Cycle Management tools and FAMSCO experience
• Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience
• Prior Aerospace experience.
• Active Secret Security Clearance; ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
