You will be the Int. Program Planner Senior‑Skunk Works® Integrated Planning - Level 3 for the Integrated Planning Team which is responsible for delivering precise program‑planning solutions that keep critical aerospace programs on‑track.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Int. Program Planner Senior‑Skunk Works® Integrated Planning - Level 3 you will be responsible for orchestrating the end‑to‑end schedule strategy, breaking down product development into discrete tasks, sequencing them, and ensuring they are completed on‑time, within budget, and to the required quality.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously refine integrated program schedules that reflect design, development, and sustainment phases.

  • Analyze task sequences and durations, applying critical‑path methodology to identify schedule risks and propose corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, contracts, business‑management, production, and quality teams to align milestones and resource allocations.

  • Support Earned Value Management by providing accurate schedule data for monthly variance analysis and performance reporting.

  • Identify gaps in planning processes and lead remediation activities that improve schedule reliability and predictability.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Interim Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Experienced at developing/maintaining Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis
• Experience delivering project briefings to customers
• Experiences with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
• 3+ years of professional experience in operational planning or scheduling
• Experience analyzing planning metrics and trends and implementing actionable improvement plans
Desired Skills:
• Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration
• Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.
• Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan
• Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner
• Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills
• Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation
• Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan
• Demonstrated team building skills
• Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
