This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth. Partners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.

Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused. Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response.

Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments. Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5years in operational planning or scheduling, preferably within the defense sector. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience in schedule building tools (OpenPlan, Primavera, MSProject, ProjectView). Experience in CPM, criticalpath analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis. Experience with Earned Value Management (cost/schedule integration).

Desired Skills Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology. Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management Excellent Communication and Organizational skills Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner Proposal experience Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience Prior Aerospace experience

Proven ability to deliver clear briefings to diverse audiences; strong written and oral skills. Demonstrated teambuilding, influencing, and relationship management capabilities. Excellent critical thinking and problem solving abilities; adept at interpreting planning metrics and trends.

Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
