Your Impact
As an Implementation Consultant I, you will guide customers through successful project delivery from kickoff through launch. This role is responsible for managing timelines, coordinating with customers and internal teams, facilitating communication throughout the project lifecycle, and helping customers confidently adopt CivicPlus solutions within scope, budget, and expected timeframes.
What you'll do
  • Manage and oversee customer implementation projects, coordinating efforts between customers and applicable CivicPlus departments
  • Complete project scope documentation, create timelines, and help keep projects moving toward original timeline expectations
  • Lead training sessions virtually and in person to prepare customers for successful maintenance and operation of their solution
  • Oversee setup and configuration of software or systems to align with the client environment
  • Manage small to medium-sized product-specific contracts
  • Perform or coordinate add-ons as needed by product
  • Demonstrate a confident understanding of contracts, statements of work, and related terminology, and communicate them effectively
  • Participate in product improvement and review initiatives
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of how CivicPlus products work together
  • Support a strong customer experience throughout all project phases to drive successful delivery of assigned projects

What we're looking for
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of applicable experience
  • Product-specific certifications may be required upon hire
  • Ability to work at a computer and monitor, sitting or standing, for extended periods
  • Ability to travel efficiently across a large geographic territory up to 10%.
  • Ability to reason, judge, compare, calculate, evaluate, and critique written materials, numerical data, customer responses, and other work-related information
  • Ability to manage multiple detailed tasks and responsibilities accurately while meeting deadlines, goals, and objectives
  • Ability to speak and present to individuals or groups on technical subjects related to the role

Compensation and benefits
  • Estimated Salary Grade: $54,100 - 75,700
    • Anticipated Hiring Range: $55,000 - $60,000
  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
  • Potential Variable Pay: Based on set goals
