Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Irvine, CA is currently looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join their expanding team.  
 
Job Title: Corporate Recruiter / Medical Devices (Hybrid Work)
Duration: 6 months contract, extendable up to 24 Months
Location: Irvine, CA  
Hybrid Work: From New Brunswick, NJ OR Raritan, NJ

Job Description:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (MedTech Surgery) is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for critical positions within the MedTech Surgery division.
This includes partnering with hiring managers and HR to align talent acquisition strategies with business goals, actively sourcing and engaging candidates (especially for technical R&D/engineering and commercial roles), advising stakeholders on hiring best practices and market conditions, analyzing recruiting metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, promoting inclusive hiring practices and diverse interview panels, and strengthening the company’s presence in the MedTech/tech talent markets by networking and building talent pipelines.
The role also focuses on delivering an outstanding and inclusive candidate experience with a hybrid work schedule (three days onsite each week).

Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of talent acquisition experience, with 5+ years preferred
Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, particularly for competitive and technical roles
Experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments
Strong consultative, communication, and influencing skills for effective stakeholder management
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (preferably Workday Recruit), sourcing platforms, CRM, and scheduling tools
Strong interviewing, assessment, and coaching abilities
Results-driven with comfort leveraging recruiting metrics, market intelligence platforms, and data dashboards for continuous improvement
Understanding of recruiting compliance and employment regulations (e.g., EEOC)
Experience building and managing proactive talent pipelines
Able to work from one of this cities: New Brunswick, Raritan, NJ; Cincinnati, OH; Tampa, Florida; Santa Clara, CA.
 
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Recruiting for technical R&D/engineering or commercial roles in tech/MedTech industries
Experience with complex capital equipment and/or robotics recruiting
Background in highly matrixed, large organizations such as Big Tech companies (e.g., Apple, Google, Tesla, Defense, Automotive, Aerospace)
Familiarity with the Workday Recruit applicant tracking system
Demonstrated ability to network within MedTech and technology communities, including experience building future talent pipelines
Knowledge and use of AI innovation tech in recruiting
