About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Sourcing Recruiter to fuel our high-growth Go-To-Market organization with top-tier talent. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment built for someone who thrives on finding talent others can't - turning competitor maps into candidate pipelines and cold outreach into warm relationships. You will own the top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for our GTM teams, working in close partnership with our recruiting team in a split model.
** This is a 6 month contract role. This role requires a hybrid schedule of a minimum 3 days a week in-office.
Your Impact
  • Pipeline Architecture: Build and maintain deep, proactive talent pipelines for GTM roles - mapping competitors, identifying passive candidates, and continuously refreshing pools ahead of business demand.
  • High-Velocity Sourcing: Drive high-volume sourcing efforts for fast-paced Sales and GTM hiring, delivering a consistent flow of qualified, assessed candidates to recruiting partners.
  • Direct Sourcing Excellence: Use advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct outreach strategies to engage passive talent - particularly from direct competitors.
  • Navigate Ambiguity: Quickly translate vague or shifting hiring needs into structured sourcing strategies, staying one step ahead in a fluid, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Sourcing Partnership: Collaborate closely with our Talent Attraction recruiting team - handing off warm, pipeline-ready candidates and proactively applying qualified talent to multiple open opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Serve as a talent market expert, tracking competitor hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to inform sourcing strategy and advise recruiting partners.

Basic Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience (agency and/or in-house), with a proven track record supporting Sales or GTM hiring in a high-velocity environment.
  • In-Office Availability: Ability to work from the local office a minimum of 3 days a week.
  • Sourcing Depth: Demonstrated expertise sourcing passive candidates through advanced direct-sourcing techniques - Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
  • Agility & Resilience: Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a highly fluid, ambiguous environment.
  • Outreach Craft: Strong ability to write compelling, personalized outreach that converts passive candidates into active conversations - including cold calling and phone-based relationship building.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and the ability to articulate the Agentic Enterprise value proposition to passive candidates.
  • Execution: Ability to manage a high volume of sourcing workstreams simultaneously and deliver pipeline on deadline.
  • Tools: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, Slack, GoodTime, and Google preferred.

Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in a dedicated sourcing or research function within a rapidly growing technology or SaaS company is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with talent intelligence tools is a plus.
