Voted Best Places to Work in Dayton since 2022! * Apply configuration management principles to maintain product performance, functional, and physical consistency throughout the system lifecycle. * Analyze the impact of configuration management changes on lifecycle sustainment and program support. * Develop, manage, and maintain CDRL requirements and configuration/data management documentation. * Participate in Government reviews, meetings, working groups, and industry teams to resolve configuration management issues. * Support the development, administration, and execution of Configuration Control Board (CCB) charters, activities, and change management processes. * Review hardware and software specifications, process nomenclature and CPIN requests, and ensure compliance with Government standards and requirements. * Process, track, review, and maintain engineering changes, change proposals, deviations, waivers, deficiency reports, and historical configuration records. * Plan, implement, and support Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs), Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs), compliance audits, and engineering reviews. * Review OEM configuration status accounting reports and maintain configuration status databases for baseline documentation and fielded systems. * Support data management by preparing and tailoring Data Item Descriptions (DIDs), AF Form 585s, CDRLs, and maintaining associated records. * Organize and support data calls, monitor technical data delivery and approval, evaluate data rights impacts, and maintain records in MEARS. * Coordinate and participate in data reviews, integrate stakeholder inputs, prepare documentation, and track action items through completion. * Manage contract data deliverables by receiving, logging, tracking, maintaining status, and preserving historical contract data records. * Support Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS) operations, Material Improvement Projects (MIPs), investigations, reporting, trend analysis, and stakeholder communications. * Provide engineering data management support, conduct research and analyses, develop briefings, manage deficiency reporting processes, and track deficiency reports, problem reports, and corrective actions throughout system development Qualifications: Education/Certifications/Experience/Skills: * High School Diploma, two years of experience in the respective profession being performed. * Must possess and maintain a government security clearance at the Secret * Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs (including Excel, Word, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project). * Must be able to perform all functional duties independently. * Must be able to transport self to various facility sites, as required.
