Pay Rate: $35.10/hourly
Start/End: 07/22/2026 - 07/21/2027
Our client is seeking a Contract Data & Engineering Analyst to support onboarding, data management, and technical analysis activities across packaging programs. This role focuses on high-accuracy data entry, Salesforce item setup, and engineering data validation to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems. The position works closely with Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to maintain data integrity and support decision-making through analysis.
Project Oversight: Cross-Regional Engineering Lead Consultant
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Entry & System Management
  • Create and maintain item numbers and variants in Salesforce
  • Support onboarding processes with accurate and timely data entry
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records across systems

Engineering Data Management
  • Input and manage engineering data, including mold cavitation, bill of materials, and technical specifications
  • Ensure consistency of data across documents and systems
  • Review technical documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Analyze data within documents to ensure accuracy (e.g., weight calculations, OFC/NFC comparisons)
  • Compare new packaging data against existing packages identified by the engineering team
  • Perform basic mathematical validations and cross-checks in Excel

Cost Analysis
  • Pull and analyze package costing data
  • Compare new vs. existing package costs and identify differences
  • Support teams with data-driven insights for decision-making

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Product Management, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, engineering support, or operations
  • Very strong attention to detail and extremely high level of accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, basic analysis, data organization)
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working with technical and engineering data sets

Preferred Backgrounds
  • Engineering (Packaging, Mechanical, or related)
  • Finance or Accounting
  • Project Management
  • Data analysis or operations support roles

WORK ENVIRONMENT & EXPECTATIONS

  • Fast-paced environment supporting multiple programs simultaneously
  • High level of ownership for data accuracy and integrity
