As a Continuous Skills Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team in the ongoing deployment and optimization of automated equipment across multiple distribution centers. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence and employee proficiency in advanced automation systems as part of a multi-year strategic initiative.
Location: Nationwide (90% travel)
You'll make an impact by...
  • Leading and managing skills development initiatives for cell operators, with a strong emphasis on adaptor cell operations and best practices.
  • Overseeing training delivery within the control center, ensuring alignment with operational standards and efficiency goals.
  • Coordinating and supporting two rotating training teams delivering instruction across multiple shifts at distribution centers.
  • Developing structured training programs, materials, and assessments to drive continuous learning and performance improvement.
  • Partnering with operations leadership to identify skill gaps and implement scalable solutions that enhance workforce capability.
You'll sweep us off our feet if...
  • You have previous experience working with adaptor cell systems and environments.
  • You have a strong understanding of distribution center operations and control center functions.
  • You have excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • You have the demonstrated ability to lead training teams and deliver programs across shift-based operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 6 months experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate OR 1 year's experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment OR 2 or more years' of college in a Business or related field
  • Must be willing to travel up to 90% of the time

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
