Your success means more seniors supported, more recoveries at home, and more peace of mind for the people who love them.

You'll be our brand's voice, handshake, strategy, and momentum-online and in the community as you:

  • Execute a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to grow new and existing referral relationships, increase revenue, and maintain a strong community presence across Anaheim, Brea, Fullerton, Placentia, and Yorba Linda by promoting the BrightStar brand in person and online.
  • Drive brand awareness and relationship-building through email campaigns, social media, direct marketing, and active networking with professional referral sources, healthcare providers, and prospective partners; educate them on BrightStar services, industry changes, clinical programs, outcomes, and appropriate referrals.

  • Produce engaging digital content for our local website, blog, and social channels; test a mix of organic and paid strategies (content creation, curation, PPC, events, publicity, Facebook & Instagram, and lead-generation campaigns).
  • Measure, analyze, and report marketing performance regularly, providing insights on referral volume, prospect meetings, new patient referrals, activated clients, total calls, and starts from referral sources.
  • Conduct and respond to market research; monitor competitor marketing activities and adjust strategies accordingly while maintaining a consistent brand image across all promotional materials, collateral, and events.
  • Cultivate key partnerships, meeting with top referral sources, strengthening preferred provider relationships, expanding your Target 10 list of high-potential partners, and distributing marketing and sales materials as needed.
  • Train and support the office team on inquiry calls, inside sales tactics, and objection handling; participate in training and performance evaluations to enhance marketing and sales programs.
  • Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and represent BrightStar Care professionally in diverse care settings, including SNFs, assisted and independent living communities, clinics, hospitals, physicians' offices, and treatment facilities.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:

  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and lead generation
  • Strong presentation, networking, events, and relationship-building experience
  • Results-oriented mindset and driven to achieve success
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities
  • Ability to choose appropriate, effective ways to communicate with different audiences in diverse situations
  • Ability to work in a professional environment, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted and independent living communities, clinics, hospitals, physicians' offices, and treatment facilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
