Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centered experiences across connected fitness products, mobile applications, web platforms, and internal tools for a growing commercial business team. This role partners closely with Product Design to define content strategy, improve user experiences, and deliver clear, effective messaging across multiple digital touchpoints.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Design, write, edit, and test in-product content across web and mobile experiences
  • Create clear, user-focused messaging that supports seamless customer journeys
  • Own content design projects from discovery through delivery
  • Collaborate closely with Product Design, Product Management, Engineering, Research, Marketing, Data Science, Legal, and Localization teams
  • Build content frameworks and help define content strategy for new product experiences
  • Create high-fidelity content mocks in Figma using existing design systems
  • Contribute to content standards, design systems, and style guidelines
  • Present design concepts, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and iterate on solutions
  • Support both consumer-facing experiences and internal operational tooling

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, or Content Strategist in software products
  • Experience at consumer-facing technology companies
  • Experience working in fast-paced, startup-like environments
  • B2B product experience
  • Portfolio showcasing end-to-end case studies with consumer-facing digital products
  • Experience creating content strategies across multiple platforms and user touchpoints
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and content design best practices
  • Ability to create frameworks, brainstorm concepts, and solve complex UX problems
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering teams
  • Proficiency with Figma, Claude, and Slack
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and design processes
  • Self-motivated, organized, collaborative, and proactive
  • Available to work 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM–1:00 PM or 10:00 AM–2:00 PM EST
