Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Content Designer to help shape the user experience for consumer-facing digital products with a focus on subscription growth. This role will create compelling, customer-centric content across key web and mobile experiences while partnering closely with Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Create content for core consumer-facing experiences, including homepage, pricing, and other high-traffic pages.
  • Develop messaging that increases awareness and adoption of subscription offerings.
  • Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Write clear, compelling content that helps users understand the value of subscription products.
  • Present end-to-end content design solutions supported by user-centered thinking.
  • Balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving product environment.
  • Ensure content is optimized across mobile and desktop platforms.
  • Contribute to product launches and iterative improvements through content strategy and UX writing.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 years as a Content Designer, with experience across multiple organizations.
  • Experience designing content for consumer-facing technology products.
  • Strong portfolio featuring end-to-end case studies demonstrating business impact.
  • Ability to create compelling product messaging beyond microcopy.
  • Experience partnering with Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and Slack.
