Job Description

Content House (COHO) is seeking a Senior AI Content Designer to lead how P&G's Beauty and Personal Care brands leverage generative AI in content creation. This isn't about replacing human creativity—it's about redefining what's possible. You'll be the architect of AI-driven creative systems, building workflows and agents that unlock unprecedented speed, scale, and creative possibility.

You'll work at the intersection of creative excellence and AI innovation, transforming generative AI tools into production engines that deliver scroll-stopping content. You need a creative advertising background, an eye for beauty brand aesthetics and trends, a deep understanding of how to communicate with AI, and the vision to see opportunities where others see limitations.

This role is about leadership and impact. You'll collaborate with our Director of Photography, editors, CG artists, and Creative Directors to establish COHO's AI-first content strategy—while mentoring the team on what's possible and how to get there. You'll build AI agents that consistently deliver top-performing content, optimize them against benchmarks, and evolve them as trends shift.

Reporting to the Content Brand Director, you'll own COHO's AI strategy while delivering measurable results that prove AI's creative and business value.

Three Core Areas of Responsibility

1. AI Systems Architecture & Expert Prompt Engineering

·       Develop and optimize expert-level prompts for generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL-E, Imagen, Veo, etc.) that consistently deliver production-ready advertising content

·       Build AI agents and automated workflows that generate top-performing content against benchmarks, with built-in optimization and evolution to address creative wear-out

·       Translate complex creative briefs into sophisticated prompt structures that deliver results on the first iteration

·       Experiment with and analyze AI-generated outputs, iterating rapidly to enhance quality, creativity, and brand alignment

·       Create and maintain a comprehensive library of best practices, scalable prompts, and AI workflows for the team

·       Stay ahead of the AI curve—testing new tools, techniques, and platforms before they go mainstream

2. Creative Leadership & Collaboration

·       Ensure all AI-generated content reflects current beauty brand trends and maintains the premium aesthetic standards of the category

·       Lead AI integration across COHO's content pipeline, working closely with Creative Directors to define AI-driven creative strategies

·       Collaborate with the DP, editors, CG team, and designers to create hybrid productions that seamlessly blend AI with traditional craft

·       Provide expert creative direction on AI-generated content, ensuring it maintains premium quality and brand integrity

·       Train and mentor the team on effective prompt engineering, demystifying AI and empowering others to use it confidently

·       Foster a culture of experimentation—creating space for the team to push creative boundaries with AI

·       Champion AI adoption by demonstrating its value through real results on real brands

3. Strategic Innovation & Thought Leadership

·       Own COHO's AI strategy: identify high-impact opportunities for AI across content types, platforms, and brand objectives

·       Develop AI solutions for content variation, localization, rapid prototyping, and performance optimization at scale

·       Track industry trends and competitive intelligence—understanding how leading brands are using AI and where COHO can lead

·       Provide strategic insights on AI's role in COHO's future: What should our capabilities be in 6 months? 12 months? What's possible in 2-3 years?

·       Establish quality standards, ethical guardrails, and performance benchmarks for AI-generated content

·       Measure and report on AI's impact: cost savings, speed gains, creative breakthroughs, and performance results

    • The AI Creative Leader: You have 5+ years in digital advertising and have fully embraced AI as a creative force multiplier. You see it as the future of content creation—and you're helping build that future.
    • Expert Prompt Engineer: You're a master at crafting prompts that deliver. You understand the nuances of different AI platforms, how to push their limits, and how to get consistent, high-quality results.
