Job description

CONTENT DESIGNER

Position Overview The Content Designer is the in-house design lead for our marketing team. This role is responsible for producing all of TPC's polished creative — from printed marketing materials and brand collateral to hero social campaigns and before-and-after layouts. Our brand is already established. This position applies it, protects it, and produces the high-quality creative that defines how TPC looks across every location, surgeon, and channel. The Content Designer also builds the design templates our coordinators use to produce daily social content, ensuring quality and consistency at scale.
Responsibilities
Printed & Branded Marketing Materials
  • Design all printed collateral including brochures, in-clinic signage, event materials, patient handouts, gift cards, packaging, and any other physical marketing assets.
  • Produce print-ready files to professional standards (color profiles, bleed, resolution).
  • Manage production and proofing with print vendors.
  • Ensure every printed piece reflects TPC's elevated, luxury brand.
High-Craft Digital Design
  • Design hero campaign creative for new location launches, grand openings, surgeon spotlights, and major promotions.
  • Create polished before-and-after photo layouts to TPC brand standards.
  • Design email campaigns, web banners, digital ads, and other high-visibility digital assets.
  • Edit hero short-form video (Instagram Reels, campaign videos) using Premiere or similar professional tools.
Template Systems for Coordinators
  • Build and maintain a library of Canva templates the marketing coordinators use for daily social content production.
  • Build CapCut or other lightweight video templates for daily Reel production.
  • Train and support coordinators on using templates effectively.
  • Review and approve coordinator-produced content before it goes live to maintain brand quality.
Brand Application & Protection
  • Apply TPC's established brand standards consistently across every piece of content.
  • Review marketing assets from the team, vendors, and contractors to ensure brand alignment.
  • Adapt existing brand assets and templates for new TPC locations as we grow.
  • Flag brand inconsistencies proactively across the organization.
Content Production Support
  • Assist on content capture days including set styling, provider prep, and light direction.
  • Color-correct and retouch photography including clinical and lifestyle imagery.
  • Organize and maintain the TPC photo and video asset library.
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Coordinators on campaign creative needs and timelines.
  • Partner with the Marketing Director on visual direction for new locations and major initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external photographers, videographers, and print vendors.
Communication
  • Communicate clearly with the marketing team about timelines, capacity, and creative direction.
  • Present design concepts with rationale and accept feedback constructively.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design or content design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work, ideally for luxury, beauty, hospitality, or healthcare brands.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) — required.
  • Experience producing print-ready files and managing print production.
  • Comfortable building templates in Canva for use by non-designer teammates.
  • Experience editing short-form video in Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Comfortable working within an established brand system and applying it consistently rather than reinventing it.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of typography, alignment, and visual polish.
  • Ability to take direction well while also bringing ideas and pushing back when something could be better.
  • Ability to maintain composure, confidentiality, and professionalism in a luxury-care environment.
  • Excited about aesthetics, wellness, and the visual world of plastic surgery and medical spa.
Why The Plastics Clinic & Spa?
We're a growing, physician-led aesthetic practice with a reputation for excellence, a tight-knit team culture, and a genuine commitment to our guests and our people. We invest in training, growth, and building careers — not just filling seats. This is a foundational role that will set the tone for our amazing new locations!
Here are a few things we offer:
  • Comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, vision, and retirement plan with company match
  • Top-of-the-line spa perks and access to discounts
  • Industry-leading Paid Time Off & paid holidays
  • Opportunities for growth and development alongside a world-class management and marketing team.
