As a senior content designer at Gallup, you'll shape how people experience our brand across our public website and digital products. Working alongside content strategists, product designers and researchers, you'll translate complex research into intuitive digital experiences through thoughtful content structure, sequencing and information design. Your work will help people confidently navigate Gallup's marketing experiences and digital products, empowering them to understand insights that improve workplaces and lives around the world.

What You'll Do

  • Design the narrative flow, information architecture and visual structure of marketing pages using Gallup's established design system and reusable components
  • Shape in-product content experiences through thoughtful navigation, labels, wayfinding and interface content that help users confidently accomplish their goals
  • Collaborate with content strategists, product managers, designers and researchers to translate complex research, analytics and scientific concepts into clear, accessible experiences
  • Create reusable content patterns and design approaches that strengthen consistency across products and marketing experiences
  • Use information design and data storytelling techniques to help users quickly understand insights and take meaningful action
  • Champion clarity, consistency and usability across every customer touchpoint while balancing user needs with Gallup's voice and design standards

  • Information architecture: You naturally structure content and navigation so people always know where they are, what comes next and why it matters.
  • Systems mindset: You create elegant experiences within established design systems while making every interaction feel intentional and intuitive.
  • Analytical storytelling: You transform research-heavy, technical and data-rich information into experiences that are clear, compelling and easy to understand.
  • Collaborative partnerships: You build trusted relationships across design, content strategy, product management and research, welcoming feedback and improving ideas together.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in design, English, journalism, communications, human-computer interaction or a related field, or equivalent experience, required
  • At least five years of professional experience designing content across web, product or editorial contexts required
  • Portfolio demonstrating your ability to structure, sequence and communicate content across digital experiences required
  • Professional proficiency with Figma required
  • Experience using AI to enhance content design required
  • Background in editorial design, brand publishing or product content design preferred
  • A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's San Francisco office at least three days per week required
